Home Type: Semi-detached house
Design firm Bluprin-ID completely renovated this semi-detached house at Lentor Plain; tearing down the previous structure and rebuilding it as a strikingly beautiful 3-storey house. One of its biggest highlight is the lofty ceiling height. The first floor, for example, takes full advantage of the luxury of space. This is best seen in the living room, where a light well towers above the space.
Equally as eye-catching is the open kitchen. Flanked by tall windows, bright light streams into the space and makes cooking a delightful experience. The L-shaped kitchen counter is paired with a ceiling-high storage wall that creates a space that is streamlined and pragmatic.
On the higher levels, Bluprin.ID wanted to heighten the sense of luxury but at the same time, remain accessible as a family home. The walk-in wardrobe stands out as one of the highlights, with its glorious spotlights and a display island in the middle of the room. The bedrooms too, are a delight to behold. The design team carefully proportioned the space to ensure that they remain roomy and comfy.
